In the spring of 2015, like-minded specialists with 15 years of experience in the field of mechanical engineering founded LLC "Production company GALAKTIK" - an engineering and production platform for the realization of ambitious goals in the production of innovative, energy-efficient equipment for furniture and woodworking enterprises.
In 2016, the company's specialists developed, manufactured and successfully put into operation the first outdoor aspiration system, which ensures the return of purified warm air to the woodworking workshop.
In 2017, the first complete dyeing drying chamber, including a case made of insulated panels, was developed and implemented, in which effective energy-saving functions were implemented.
In 2018, the first complete wood drying chamber in an aluminum housing was developed, manufactured and installed, in which the energy-saving mode of drying wood of hardwood species was implemented.
In 2020, an energy-saving aspiration unit of the vacuum type was developed. In cooperation with an engineering group from Kharkiv specialists, our company has developed a series of highly efficient fans for vacuum filters. An aspiration system control system with a convenient interface has been developed, with a reduction in energy consumption and maintenance costs. All these developments are implemented on real objects, where they have shown their high efficiency during operation.
In 2021, a filter installation with impulse cleaning of filters with compressed air for fine dust was developed and implemented. A silo-accumulator was designed, manufactured and installed.
