Specialists of the project department worked out several solutions for equipping the new workshop with a modern aspiration system, which, according to the requirements of machine suppliers and the customer's wishes, had to provide the specified productivity at a working vacuum of 3500 Pa, and the customer chose the optimal solution for himself. The basis of the aspiration system was a monobloc VFF216L6.SC vacuum type filter unit, 48,000 m³h modified to create a rarefaction of 3,500 Pa. The modular design of the installation will allow for simple completion of the installation as soon as there is a need to increase the productivity of the sieves when supplementing the workshop with new machines. Waste collection was carried out in 2 "Big-Bag" type accumulators with the help of an L-shaped scraper transporter. Storage units can be replaced without stopping the filter unit. An interesting detail is that the project was carried out under the TRADE-IN program, that is, our company purchased, dismantled and transported the filter unit that was in operation as part of the project implementation.
