Filter GALACTIC VFFM 252B4.SC2, 80000 m3/h
Our customers are growing and need new effective solutions. This was the case this time. We replaced the outdated pressure type installation with a new vacuum installation with built-in fans and an energy-saving control system. The entire aspiration system was designed with millimeter accuracy, and the VFFM 252B4.SC2 dust collector with a capacity of 80000 m3/h was placed between the silos. We designed and installed a system of aspiration pipelines and mounted a return air duct to return warm air back to the workshop. On the same area, we installed a dust collector with a capacity of 2.7 times greater. At the same time, the actual electricity consumption will not increase. A clearly executed project allowed us to carry out dismantling and installation strictly according to the schedule, in just 2 weeks.
