A new record for our team. A filtering unit with a capacity of 150,000 m3/h model VFFM 432B8.SC for our regular customer. 8 highly efficient fans of 22 kW each, 1100 m2 of filtering area, control system, frequency converter for each fan - efficiently remove sawdust from the machines and return warm purified air to the workshop, using a minimum amount of electrical energy. An important option of today has been implemented - easy start from the generator! Each machine was equipped with a slide valve with a pneumatic drive, which opens automatically when the machine is started in order to minimize the use of electrical energy. Thanks to a special flow switch, the combined discharge of waste into pneumatic transport and Big Bag is realized depending on the technological need. "Svit Furniture" Company is a well-known and powerful manufacturer of cabinet furniture. Last year, we installed a painting chamber at this enterprise, and now, based on the experience of positive cooperation, we fulfilled an order for an aspiration system for a furniture shop.
