VFFM 108D2.SC_INOX filter, 33000 m3/hour
The completed project to renovate the dust collection system in the primary processing shop served as a solution to improve energy efficiency and production reliability. We replaced the outdated pressure-type filter with a modern VFFM 108D2.SC_INOX vacuum system with a capacity of 33,000 m³/h. Since the production process involves working with wet oak chips, the unit was manufactured in a special stainless steel design, ensuring maximum corrosion resistance.
As part of the modernization, lump waste separators were installed on the machines, and control of the entire system was transferred to a controller. The transition to vacuum technology reduced electricity consumption by 40% and improved operational stability, as the sawdust no longer comes into contact with the fan impeller. Additionally, the implemented system recirculates the cleaned warm air back into the room, helping to retain heat in the workshop.
