For a company specialising in the manufacture of beds made from natural beech, we have implemented a project for a timber drying complex comprising two KS50-7 A chambers. The total capacity of a single load is 100 m³ of edged beech timber. Given beech’s sensitivity to stable operating conditions, the complex was equipped with the EcoDry system, which ensures efficient energy consumption without compromising drying quality. The project was designed with the customer’s future capacity expansion in mind: we prepared all the utilities and the site for the installation of a third drying chamber in advance. The complex’s autonomy is ensured by the 500 kW automatic boiler room we installed. Thanks to mechanised fuel feeding, the system requires minimal staff intervention and consistently maintains the necessary heat balance for the entire drying facility.
