Drying chamber for wood

 

Chamber for drying lumberensures drying of lumber according to the 1st quality category with an average final moisture content of 7-10% of lumber or blanks; with a deviation of the moisture content of individual boards (blanks) from the average moisture content of the lumber stack of no more than ± 1.0%; moisture drop across the thickness of lumber (blanks) of no more than 1.0%.

The design and equipment of the chamber provides high performance indicators - low energy consumption of the drying process, high reliability of the supplied equipment, simplicity and convenience of personnel work, warranty and post-warranty service.

Available options for drying chambers

Installation

The drying chamber body and components are assembled at the customer's production facility.

Before starting installation work, the Customer is required to:

  • complete construction work on the foundation of the drying chamber
  • bring the heating main from the heat source to the place of installation of the switchgear unit
  • to bring the power cable to the installation site of the power cabinet
  • to connect the water supply pipeline to the installation site of the humidification system
  • to connect the cable to the Internet
