Filter-accumulator PSCF 54-140-244-L55 000 m³/h

Another large-scale project for our permanent partner in Bila Tserkva. We implemented a vacuum filtration and storage plant with a capacity of 55 000 m³/h and an impressive storage volume of 140 m³.

Technological advantages of the project:

• Smart-economy: Each machine is equipped with an automatic gate valve with a pneumatic drive. The system “feels” the operation of the equipment and does not waste a single kilowatt on idle areas.
• Intelligent control: The automation adjusts the fan speed depending on the load, keeps track of the operation of each mechanism and reminds you in advance about the service. This completely eliminates the risk of sudden downtime.
  Unloading automation: The L-shaped scraper conveyor ensures fast and clean unloading of waste into two Big-Bag type accumulators.
• Energy efficiency: Thanks to the closed cleaning cycle, all warm air is returned to the workshop. This minimizes costs for both electricity and heat energy.
