CJF96 pulse filter, 18,000 m³/h

We implemented a comprehensive project for a large furniture factory involving the collection and transportation of production waste. The system is based on a PSC 54-160 storage silo with a capacity of 160 m³, which is loaded by a CJF96 bag filter with a capacity of 18,000 m³/h and a modern pulse cleaning system.

We developed and implemented a complete waste handling cycle: from pneumatic conveying to the silo to automated fuel feeding into the boiler room. An inclined screw conveyor with a capacity of over 20 m³/h was installed for loading excess material onto trucks. Special attention has been paid to safety—the facility is equipped with explosion-relief panels, a dry-pipe fire suppression system, and lightning protection. Thanks to a single control panel with a network of sensors, the entire waste storage and logistics process operates in fully automatic mode.
